Working at Focus People has been one of the most rewarding jobs that I’ve had throughout my time at university, because it’s given me the flexibility and freedom to balance my work, study and social life. I’m blessed to be surrounded by such a talented group of people, who not only are a pleasure to work with, but also challenge me to bring out the best of myself. Each day I come into work, there is always something novel and exciting to work on, allowing me to invariably experience and learn new things about the market research industry. One of the most valuable things a workplace can possess is good corporate culture, and to say that Focus People has this would be a massive understatement. I’ve made some amazing friends during my time here, and look forward to the inevitably great future!

Focus People is an amazing place to be a part of because you get to work alongside a fun, supportive and united team! Each day we work on new projects for different clients, which keeps our tasks interesting and is also great for networking. Staff are able to learn skills in time management, communication, marketing, sales, project management, administration and organisation, which sets them up to be successful in a range of different industries which they may go on to explore after their time with the company.
