The privacy and security of your information is extremely important to us. The information that Focus People have about people is the most important asset that we have. In order to obtain that information Focus People relies on the trust of the people who supply it.

At Focus People we strictly adhere to the privacy and security guidelines outlined in the National Privacy Principals extracted from the Privacy  Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000.

Focus People only collects personal information that you choose to give us.  We will only use this information for the purposes for which you have given it to us.

We undertake not to supply any details, either entirely or in part, to any third parties, other than as required during normal course of business. We do not share information unless:

  • it directly relates to answers given during the participant selection process (e.g. answers to screener questions);
  • it directly relates to identifying you as an attendee of a market research activity (e.g. your name, suburb, occupation, and other relevant details for the activity being undertaken); or
  • it is required or authorised by law;

Focus People can assure you that your information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. All candidate and client details are held on secure servers. Hard copy print outs are always securely shredded before disposal.

When you register with Focus People you will never be approached to buy products or merchandise of any sort. You will not be pursued if you wish to be removed from our database. Your personal details will not be placed on any marketing lists whatsoever.

Your information is our most valuable asset. Without it, we would be unable to operate.  We assure you that we will take extreme care with it.
